Sleeping and living with garbage

After a complaint was issued that a foul stench was coming from a house in the neighbourhood, the police found a mess and garbage which only a picture would be able to explain. A great amount of cigarette butts, food leftovers and other garbage were found. The resident was a middleaged woman who clearly had psychological problems
